Mortality rates were significantly lower compared to the control groups, and the birds had a much better feed conversion ratio (FCR). On top of that, their immunity was stronger, as seen in higher antibody levels against Newcastle Disease Virus (NDV). The YelloVet-treated birds also looked rounder with less feather density. Milk somatic cell count (MSCC) refers to the concentration of cells present in the milk. It is used as an indirect way of estimating the level of subclinical mastitis in the herd. Also, it indicates the presence of pathogenic microbes and higher the MSCC, lower the udder health.YelloVet tested in leading universities and laboratories
Yellovet has been tested extensively at University’s Animal husbandry department across a test bed of over 50 Cows. In addition, the product has been tested and being used by cattle farms for health and well being of animals. Following are the specific details of the test environment.
